Postpartum Care

When you are suddenly taking care of a baby 24/7, we will make sure someone is still taking care of you!

Let’s be honest.. You get a lot of attention and care while you are pregnant, even just from the number of prenatal appointments you have to go to. So why is it that after birth, POOF, that just all goes away?!

Postpartum can be such a vulnerable time of healing and recovery, all why you’re likely not sleeping and trying to care for a new little human. We believe that regardless of how your baby was born, you deserve to feel good in your own skin. In addition, you really can show up better for your family when you are taking care of yourself. That whole “put your own oxygen mask on first” saying is no joke!

We can help you feel at home in your body after so much change through pregnancy and birth!

~40 weeks of pregnancy plus the big event of birth is not just something you “bounce back” from!

In postpartum visits, we can discuss ways to optimize your healing process, guide you in safely and confidently return to exercise, and make sure you are performing all of your new activities well (feeding baby, lifting/holding baby, managing car seats, etc). Of course, if you had a birth injury or are dealing with symptoms after birth, we can help with that too!

  • I can’t recommend Dr. Jacki highly enough.. she is truly a lifesaver! She supported me every step of the way with deep expertise, compassion, and genuine care. What stood out most was how she listened and responded to what my body needed—not just from a clinical perspective, but with empathy and encouragement. Pregnancy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re managing physical challenges, but Jacki made me feel empowered, informed, and supported. I’m so grateful for her care and would encourage any expecting or postpartum parent to seek her out. She’s truly a gem!!”

  • "I HIGHLY recommend their services. I'd give 6 stars if I could. While pregnant, I started experiencing back pain that became debilitating. I was sent to a large physical therapy facility in town which prevented me from getting worse, but was not improving my condition. I went to Tri Cities Pelvic Health and was blown away. All around wonderful, personalized care, healing touch, realistic exercises, and on top of all that, a luxurious feel you don't often encounter in medicine. I would recommend it to every birthing person, if not every female."

    -Veronica W.
